Alexander Prüfer
Alexander has spent more than fifteen years in the investment banking industry. He has led numerous private and public transactions, most of them cross-border.
Prior to PradoNeo, Alexander was Managing Director of a German/US M&A and financial restructuring boutique.
He graduated with honors from the Technical University of Dresden with a degree in business mathematics.
Alexander is a passionate musician and enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities such as skiing and scuba diving.
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dr. Christopher Ney
Christopher is a corporate finance and venture capital expert. He has spent his career managing complex transactions and supporting entrepreneurs in developing and transforming their business models.
Prior to PradoNeo, Christopher has worked in M&A and was founder and co-head of the venture capital division of a major family-owned investment holding.
He holds a PhD from RWTH Aachen and an engineering degree from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
Christopher is a passionate endurance athlete and alpinist.
